Is there any specific diagnostic test’s for Bell’s palsy?
No
Clinical priority? Will majority of the patients have all their symptoms go away within few weeks to months with Bells Palsy?

This condition Bell’s palsy is often confused with stroke. However a stroke affect?
Arms, legs, and gait of a patient. Bell’s palsy will not affect all that beside the face.
