what is the key proposition of behavioural activation?
A
behaviours influence thoughts and feelings and if you aren’t going to be DOING anything (lack of behaviour) then it can lead to depressive thoughts and feelings

A
- failture to adequately/accurately explain rationale
- failure to adequately/accurately assess current situation
- not encouraging monitoring sufficiently
- not choosing activities that are too easy or too difficult
- not sufficiently emphasizing the importance of the homework
