centralised structure for at least ey decisions e.g op in terms of designa nd development as it was initially looked to be sold @ home country
although we may look to make major descisiosn gloablly we might have teams…
local teams in new geography to implement them - key descisons

if you got product/key ocmpetency and this dont exot in international mkts youre looking to sell within
whats the risk weve got to consider concering our core competencies
if competency were to exist / not become a competency anymore
you need adapt product to local responsiveness
As well as now reducing costs as more options opern to customers
