Define regulated profession
A regulated profession is an individual in the UK which requires specific qualifications and training by law.
when the regulated professionals go through the qualification and training, what must it meet?
It must meet the national standards for the UK
Give an example of a register the professional will get put on once they are fully qualified and trained, for example, if they are a doctor.
If they are a doctor they will be put on the general medical council register.
Define regulation
Regulation is the law which sets the standards of professional conduct which is mandatory to follow by all individuals who work in health and social care.
