In what situations do we call GS airports?

A

When an aircraft is outbound to one of the TMA airports as noted on the desk cheat sheet, must be called before aircraft is cleared to start to determine if there is any delay.

When HLE is outbound in Stansted or Luton direction so that GS may create a strip for the Stansted or Luton Radar controller.
