axillary artery
branches from the brachiocephalic trunk and supplies the chest wall and shoulder girdle
thoracoacromial artery
branches from the axillary artery and supplies the shoulder and pectoral region
lateral thoracic artery
branches from the axillary artery and supplies the lateral chest wall
subscapular artery
branches from the axillary artery and supplies the scapula and dorsal thorax
anterior and posterior circumflex humeral arteries
branches from the axillary artery and supplies the glenohumeral joint, the shoulder and deltoid muscles
brachial artery
branches at the inferior edge of the axillary artery and supplies the deep artery of the arm and the biceps brachii, triceps brachii, and coracobrachialis
deep artery of the arm
branches from the brachial artery and supplies several small branches near the elbow and the triceps brachii
radial and ulnar arteries
branch from the brachial artery at the elbow to supply the forearm at their same-named bones and the hand
internal thoracic arteries
branch from the subclavian arteries and supply the mammary glands, most of the thorax wall, anterior intercostal structures
anterior intercostal artery
branch from the internal thoracic arteries and supply anterior intercostal structures
posterior intercostal arteries
branch from the costocervical trunk and supply the chest wall, parietal pleura, and the skin and muscles of the back and spine
deep palmar arch
supplies the palms and fingers
superficial palmar arch
supplies the phalanges, metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints o digits 2-4
digital arteries
branch from the superficial palmar arch and supply the phalanges
suprascapular artery
supply the muscles and skin of the shoulder, upper extremity and the thoracic wall; these include deltoid, latissimus dorsi, long head of the triceps brachii, subscapularis, supraspinatus, infraspinatus, and serratus anterior muscles
