Q

Taquicardia ventricular polimorfica estable

A

Trato con Sulfato de Magnesio

17
Q

Bloque av 1er grado

A

Fc <50 lpm
Todas las ondas p conducen
PX SINTOMATICO: atropina

18
Q

Bloque av 2do grado mobits 1

A

Intervalo pr se va prolongando
3 p conducen y 1 no
PX SINTOMATICO: atropina

19
Q

Bloque av 2do grado mobits 2

A

Intervalo pr constante
No conduce 1 onda pe
R’R irregular
Trato con marcapaso

20
Q

Bloque Av completo

A

Los QRS y la P tienen cada uno su propia frecuencia
Trato con marcapaso

21
Q

Taquicardia ventricular sin pulso

A
  • Se ve como una taquicardia monomorfica solo que no tiene pulso
  • desfibrilo + RCP+ Causas reversibles
22
Q

Fibrilación ventricular

A

QRS anchos de diferentes voltajes
- desfibrilo + RCP+ Causas reversibles

23
Q

Linea isoelectrica (asistolia)

A

Se realiza el protocolo:
- Revisar el pulso
- Que esten conectados los electrodos
- Aumentar el voltaje del monitor
- Cambiar de derivadas

24
Q

Actividad eléctrica sin pulso

A

Cualquier ritmo diferente a los desfibrilabres + ausencia de pulso
Trato con RCP + ADRENALINA (cada 5 min) + CAUSA REVERSIBLE
