Arm & Elbow Flashcards

1
Q

What is the brachial plexus?

A

It is the nerves from C5 to T1. It controls the shoulder and arm. Has 5 nerve roots that communicate and give off branches to the scapular and shoulder muscles. Has 5 terminal branches.
