What is the plan for the Arctic Global Sanctuary?
To ban any exploitation of resources in the Arctic that is not owned by any country.

That the Arctic is not being managed well since there has been a 20% in the Tundra climate area
Who are members of the Arctic Council?
Canada, Denmark, Greenland, Faroe Islands, Finland, Norway, Russia, Iceland, Sweden and the US. Also 6 organisations representing the indigenous tribes.
What were the 6 main threats to the arctic that were outlined?
1 - average annual temperature has increased twice as fast the global increase.
2 - habitats for species will shrink drastically
3 - warmth expected to increase by 4-7 degress in 100 years
