M2 ion channel blocker
M2 channel is needed to transport protons into virion
This disintegrates the virion and allows RNA replication and viral protein synthesis
By blocking it, you stop the virion from disintegrating

What are ADRs of Amantanades?
CNS effects
Renal effects
How does Neuraminidase work in viral replication?
Allows virion to be released from the cell
Also increases mobility of virion through mucus in the resp tract
What do Neuraminidase Inhibitors work against?
Influenza A and B
What are the ADRs of Neuraminidase inhibitors?
Nausea and vomiting
