-If giving this through IV, you can only give with sodium chloride

WOF abdominal cramping
May cause suicidal thoughts

-May cause memory problems
❌ do NOT take with antacids
-will help with symptoms of restless leg syndrome
In general, all anticonvulsants:
- can become toxic in the body system / cause dependency issues
- cause drowsiness
- ❌ do NOT take with antacids (will ⇊ absorption)
- ⇑⇑ blood glucose levels
In general, all anticonvulsants:
- urine -change to light rust color (not dangerous to the Px)
- will still allow the Px to have seizure
Wear medical ID - ❌ do NOT give this before electroconvulsive therapy
