Triceps
Origin: Long head = Infraglenoid tubercle & medial/lateral head - shaft of humerus
Insertion: Olecranon
Action: Extension of shoulder & elbow
Anconeus
Origin: Lateral epicondyle
Insertion: Olecranon process
Action: Extension of elbow
Supinator
Origin: Lateral epicondyle of humerus (SL - Supinator Lateral)
Insertion: Shaft of radius
Action: Supination (A)
Pronator Teres
Origin: Medial epicondyle (TM - Teres Medial)
Insertion: Shaft of radius
Action: Pronation & flexion
Pronator quadratus
Origin Shaft of ulna
Insertion: Shaft of radius
Action: Pronation (A)
Flexor carpi radialis
Flexor carpi ulnaris

Action: Wrist flexion
FCR: Medial epicondyle of humerus & metacarpal 2/3

Origin: Shaft of radius (close to interosseous membrane in the forearm)
Insertion: Base of the proximal phalanx of the thumb.
Action: Thumb extension
Abductor pollicus longus
Origin: Shaft of ulna
Insertion: Base of first metacarpal
Action: Thumb abduction
Hamstrings
All originate from ischial tuberosity
BF: Inserts lateral condyle of tibia
SM: Medial condyle of tibia
ST: Tibia via pes anserine
**Responsible for hip extension and knee flexion
