A
- Itchy rash/throat
- Tongue swelling
- Shortness of breath
- Low BP
- Nausea and vomiting

Management
A
- A→E assessment and initial resuscitation
- Adrenaline 1:1000 0.5ml IM. Can be repeated after 5 minutes if no response
- Chlorphenamine IV
- Hydrocortisone IV
- Closely monitor patient and repeat A→E assessment as needed
