Management

A
  1. A→E assessment and initial resuscitation
  2. Adrenaline 1:1000 0.5ml IM. Can be repeated after 5 minutes if no response
  3. Chlorphenamine IV
  4. Hydrocortisone IV
  5. Closely monitor patient and repeat A→E assessment as needed
