Uses: Analgesic, Antipyretic, Anti-inflammatory, Antirheumatic, Thins the blood, preventing clots (stroke, heart attack)
Concerns:
If given to children in exposure to chicken pox, will cause Reye’s Syndrome
Interacts with Coumadin
Long term use causes GI distress (ulcers), hearing loss
