- Mediastinal mass- causing airway collapse, superior vena cava syndrome, Horner’s syndrome
- Raised ICP- headaches, irritability, N&V
- Deranged electrolytes- tumour lysis syndrome (AVOID DEX)
- Coagulopathy
- Thrombocytopaenia
- Neutropenia
- Anaemia
- Chemotherapy-related cardiomyopathy
- Chemotherapy-related malnutrition
