What is dominative paternalism (hostile sexism)?
the view that women are not fully competent adults, in need of a superordinate male figure
What is complementary gender differentiation(benevolent sexism)?
the notion that women have many positive qualities that complement those of women
What is competitive gender differentiation(hostile sexism)?
only men have the qualities
