When is United authorized to use the 1-1-2 rule?

A
  1. Destination must have suitable CAT II or CAT III approach that is available for use
  2. Aircraft must be CAT II or CAT III capable
  3. May not be used with Dual Alternates
  4. Flight plan will show 1-1-2 RULE in lieu of an alternate name.
