Can not operate an aircraft at an aeromdrome unless:
* comply with limitations
* The runway has appropriate lighting for the aircraft and activated at night for night landing/take-off
* Manuerver clear of any area that is deemed to not be suitable
* Runway is clear of obstacles/people during landing and take off
