Which documents can you find lighting system intensity and settings?

When can lighting system settings be varied?
- At ATCOs discretion
- Pilot request
Runway lighting may temporally be switched off to take accurate RVR readings with RVR reference lights. When can this not be done? (3)
- while an aircraft is taking-off;
- after an aircraft has reported completing a final procedure turn; or
- after an aircraft has reached 5 NM from touchdown on a radar approach.
What are the periods of display?
an appropriate period of time as specified in MATS Part 2, before any ETA and after any ATD as follows:
By day:
- High intensity systems, where installed on the runway to be used, whenever the visibility is less than 5 km and/or the cloud base is less than 70ft;
By night:
- Irrespective of weather conditions.
When shall Obstruction lighting, hazard beacons and aerodrome light beacons shall be displayed?
at night during the published hours of watch.
Hazard beacons shall also be displayed by day whenever the visibility is less than 3,500 metres.
