what is mensturation?

A
  1. shedding of uterine lining on monthly basis.
  2. begins at puberty and reproductive cycle starts in females.
  3. every month, uterus is prepared for a egg and blood is supplied for nourisment of egg.
  4. when the egg is not fertilized, then uterus lining breaks down and is released in form of blood through the vagina.
  5. this lasts for 2 to 8 dyas and this scycle occurs every month and is known as mensturational cycle.
  6. menarche is first mensturational flow and menopause is the stop of mensturation.

  2. there are total 23 pairs of chromosomes. two chromosomes are sex chromosomes (X AND Y).
  3. female have both chromosomes of X and males have X AND Y chrmosomes.
  4. unfertilised egg is always X but the sperm is has X AND Y
  5. the egg which has two X chromosomes develope into girl and the egg which has X AND Y chromosomes develope into girl.
