adler believed that humans was formed by feelings of inferiority that we are born with, and a desire to become superior. personality is how we compensate for feeling inferior and the actions that go along with personality are called style of life. all humans desire to feel loved, important, and connected, which impacts behavior. the end goal is fictional finalism.
