differential diagnosis of chest pain?
A
cardiac pain / vascular onset - sudden
PE - sudden
pneuomia - longer onset
cardiac chest - associated with SOB
nausae can present with MI , less common with pericarditis , etc.
MONA - for ACS Morphine oxygen to maintain > 94 sat Nitrates (GTN) Aspirin if STEMI - cath lab for PCI

Where does pain relating to the gall bladder start & radiate to ?
A
Starts - RUQ
Radiates to right shoulder , right scapular & around upper abdomen .
