Fragmentation - splenic torsion, DIC, haemangiosarc
Toxicant (food) - onion, garlic
Drugs - acetaminophen, propofol, methylene blue
Chemicals - zinc, copper, skunk musk
Immune - associative vs non-associative
Heritable - osmotic fragility, phosphofructokinase deficiency
Infection - Babesia, anaplasma, bartonella, heartworm
