- Topical retinoid (adaptelene gel) or systemic retinoid
- Topical or oral Abx
- Benzoyl peroxide
“Do not apply topic retinoids and benzoyl peroxide at the same time as benzoyl peroxide oxidizes retinoids. Alternating days if use both.”
2-3 months to see effect.
