Absolute Block Working Flashcards

1
Q

When will Absolute Block Working be implemented?

A
  • when track maintenance machines or vehicles are required to travel through the section
  • A rail traffic movement fails to be detected by the signal control system
  • Any other circumstance where is deemed necessary for the MTM chief engineer or MTM manager network safety such as consecutive signal failures with a section
