What are Neurocognitive Disorders?
Disorders diagnosed based on deficits of cognitive functioning that changes the individuals prior level of functioning
What are Neurocognitive disorders caused by?
Not psychologically based, but caused by something physical, medical diseases, or drug use.

a state of extreme mental confusion where people have difficulty focusing their attention, speaking clearly, hallucinate, and agitated movements

Dementia = impairment of cognitive functioning, like deficits in memory, thinking, judgement and language
