If both engines are started during push back, will N1 be called? (Single Person Pushback)

A

N1 for the left engine will be called, after tow bar disconnection will the dispatcher called right engine N1. Before this there is no N1 requirement.
(2 person push back, the assistant will advise the dispatcher on right N1)

If a cross bleed start is required, what restrictions are there?

A

Both can be started on the bay, or push back with 1 operating (brakes parked & disconnection of tug) then the second engine can be started. Any thrust increase above idle requires ATC approval.

A

Any passengers either onboard, embarking or disembarking are removed to an area at least 15m from the spilled fuel.
