How do you manage CVS?

A
  • Quiet, dark room
  • During prodome: lorazepam, antiemetics, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, diphenhydramine, H2 blockers, or PPIs. Triptans may also be used.
  • Prophylactic agents (same as migraine) may be used between episodes. Evaluate to r/o other causes.
