8 Fitness Tests ( How To Do Them) Flashcards
12 minute cooper run
Run for 12 minutes around a course and test how many laps u can do
30 metre sprint
Run as fast as u can while ur partner records over a distance of 30 metres
Hand grip test
With your strongest hand, squeeze as hard as u can and record the highest score
Sit and reach
Sit down with feet and legs straight, measure how far you can reach beyond your toes, if u reach ur toes ur average and if you dont u get a zero
Illinois agility test
Start on your stomach and then on go, get up and run around the cones and get your partner to record your time
1 minute push up
Get into the push up position and when ur partner says go, do as many pushups as you can in 1 minute
1 minute sit ups
Get into the situp position and when ur partner says go, do as many sit ups as you can in 1 minute
Vertical jump
Put one arm up so ur partner can get the right measurement. Then bend down and drive with ur legs up and touch the board, try get as much power as you can so you can go higher. Record the best of three atempts
Harvarc step test
Get a bench and start stepping up for 5 mins, you should be stepping up and down the whole time and when the five mins is up, find ur pulce snd record it down, do this three times and then calculate ur score
