When the detector switches are in NORMAL, that both the loops in an engine has failed.
What does the DETECTOR FAULT light signify?
One or more of the loops in either cargo compartment has failed
What conditions sets off the fire warning bell/light
- Engine fire
- APU fire
- Wheel well fire
- Cargo fire
On the ground, with an APU fire warning, what else happens?
The remote APU fire warning horn sounds
The lavatory fire extinguisher nozzle turns what color if it has been discharged?
Aluminum color (normally black)
In an engine, loop A senses a fire, while loop B does not. Will this cause a fire warning?
No. Both loops must sense it (if they are operational)
