What is teamworking ?
Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way.
What is diversity ?
the practice or quality of including or involving people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds and of different genders, sexual orientations, etc
What is inclusion ?
the practice or policy of providing equal access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized, such as those who have physical or mental disabilities and members of other minority groups.
Can you expand on what thew Equality Act is ? When wa sit introduced ? What are the protected Characterises ? What does this mean to you ?

These are age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.

Belbin Team Roles are used to identify behavioural strengths and weaknesses in the workplace.

Initial meeting and briefing, define lines of communication, allow suitable access to data to get up to speed

Having mutual respect, common and aligned goals, open communication, and patience can all help make for a successful team
