What is the role of a political strategist?
To facilitate change through a collaborative and participative process
What are examples of what a political strategist may do?
1.) Leading meetings with the strategy committee
2.) Ensure that action plan was adhered to, mapped next steps
What is the role of a projector coordinator?
To organize and document activities of the strategy committee meetings
What are examples of what a projector coordinator does?
They are the central communication with all members of the committee
What is the role of a message group?
They prepare a one-page message that outlined the issue in a logical manner but with brevity.
