What is meditative prayer?
Prayer of understanding that involves dwelling on some element of divine wisdom found in Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition, or spiritual writing in order to discern God’s will and apply to one’s life

The simple conversation with God using traditional prayers, like the Our Father. Some can also use their own words
