Unless it is necessary, Houston police personnel shall refrain from using other agency personnel in a manner that shall require them to return at a later date to appear in a judicial proceeding.

HIGH-RISK SITUATIONS DURING RIDE-ALONGS WITH CIVILIAN OR CITIZEN GUESTS

In the event of a high-risk call during a ride-along, the host officer shall leave a civilian or citizen guest at the _____.
