- 30 - 45 min aerobic
- 5 -10 cool down
What are the intensity parameters for Phase II rehab?
- HR 40-60% of max (115-130)
- RPE 10-12 on Borg
- Dyspnea 2-3
What should you do if a pt shows intolerance to activity and then symptoms resolve?
Report and follow-up for clinical advice
