End the existence of a system entity

Q

What is the purpose of the Disposal Process?

A

End the existence of a system entity

This process deactivates, disassembles and removes the system and any waste products, consigning them to a final condition and returning the environment to its original or acceptable condition. This process destroys, stores or reclaims system entities and waste products in an environmentally sound manner, in accordance with legislation agreements, organizational constraints and stakeholder requirements. Where required, it maintains records in order that the health of operators and users, and the safety of the environment, can be monitored
