Vestibular Disorientation

A

Vestibular Disorientation is your common cause of Motion sickness, the vestibular in your ear moves and the fluid inside your ear moves these touch hairs and these hairs send certain frequency impulses to your brain, this fluid can lag compared to what is actually happening.

A

Anxiety and Stress can contribute to motion sickness, move focus outside of aircraft to reduce motion sickness so your brain has the same mental image with visual image, remain calm or calm others
