What is ROLE CULTURE?
POWER is DEPENDANT on your POSITION in the ORGANISATION HIERARCHY -> Higher = More Power + Decisions -> JOB DECRIPTION MATTERS MORE than the PERSONALITY of the Indivdual FOR POWER -> Decisions Made through Well Established Rules -> VERY BUREAUCRATIC -> Hierarchy
What is TASK CULTURE?
the FOCUS is a PROJECT that NEEDS to be COMPLETED – the POWER is BASED on WHAT You can CONTRIBUTE & ACCOMPLISH to the Team, your EXPERTISE -> TEAMWORK
What is PERSON CULTURE?
INDIVIDUALS acting MORE IMPORTANT than the ORGANISATION Itself. EMPLOYEES are ALL AUTONOMOUS, SKILLED Individuals , EMPOWERED, work on a Client By Client basis
