Powerful business interests were willing to support Hitler and provide financial backing Communists were telling the people that big business was not good for them and had not been the ones to suffer the crash like the working class did so naturally they supported an anti-Communist party.
Support of Big Business: Wealthy business owners like Krupp’s and Siemens gave money to the Nazis and Thyssen gave 1 million marks to the party after a two and a half hour speech in January 1932 to members of the Industry Club
