Fuel Mode Selector in AUTO - when do center tank pumps turn on and off?
- Tests center tank pumps 2 minutes after each eng start
- Shuts center tank pumps OFF when slats extended
- Shuts center tank pumps OFF 5 mins after low level
FAULT light on Fuel MODE SEL?
> 550lbs in center tank and <11,000lbs in either wing tank
When do batteries autoconnect to the DC BATT bus?
IN - batteries are starting APU
OUT - Batteries charging
DOWN - <100kts after landing in EMERG ELEC config
What is available in Emergency Electrical config?
On Batt pwr (8 secs):
2 batteries
2 busses - DC ESS & AC ESS
2 screens - CAPT PFD & E/WD
On Emerg Gen:
4 busses - DC ESS, DC ESS SHED & AC ESS, AC ESS SHED
4 screens - CAPT PFD, E/WD, ND, #1 MCDU
(gear down or <140kts, back to 2 batteries on old 320s)

<2000’ if gear down
<800’ if gear up (old A320s)
Some aircraft, <2000’ regardless of gear position
What warnings are not inhibited during T/O Inhibit (T/O power to 1500’ or 2 min) or LNDG Inhibit (800’ to 80kts)?
