- Isolate suspected area and protect civilians and members from possible exposure
- Call Haz Mat Unit
- The Haz Mat bulk sampling technician is to take samples (DEP) will provide training to Haz Mat personnel in this procedure
- Contact DEP and arrange for lab activation
- Arrange for transport of material to DEP lab
- Results of tests will indicate future actions. It is expected that test results will be available in a little more than 1 hour
