A
  1. ABC and monitors
  2. early, aggressive fluids
    - crystalloid through large bore IV
  3. vasopressors
    - norepi is best choice
  4. early and approprite ABx
    - broad spectrum if not known - pip-tazo with vanco
  5. app. surg
  6. goal directed therapy
    - MAP >65 and urine >0.5mg/kg/hr
