> 120ms
- means BBB or ventricular dysarrythmia
- consider VT until proven otherwise

A
divide 300 by number of large boxes between 2 R waves
- otherwise look at 6 second block and multiply by 10

A
A fib
- look for P waves - none in afib

A
- hypotension
- CHF
- chest pain
- altered LOC
