What is a R3 dwelling? When is it inspected?
A R3 dwelling is an apartment/condo (individual dwelling unit) of multi unit buildings, and or townhomes.
They are inspected upon occupants request

What is the definition of permit?

It’s also grants permission to install equipment used in connection with such activities as prescribed by the permit.
