ANS. E . Ziovudine- is a NRTI and while not used much it is approved for treatment of pregnant women

A. Keep as is- both are NRTIs but Abacravir has not been harmless to pregnant women or fetuses

B. Nevarapine- is a NNRTI not approved

C. Idinavir- Protease inhibitor not approved

D. Raltefravir-binds to viral intergrase but is note approved

ANS. B Hemolytic Anemia- the patient has Hepatitis C and the drug of choice is Ribavirin and the main side effect is hemolytic anemia

A. Hyper pigmentation of soles- emtricitabine

C. Pancreatitis- Didanosine

D. Lipodystrophy- side effect of Stavudine

E. Rhabdomyolysis- Raltegravir
