A. The patient has Erysipeloid caused as the labs show by Ersipelothrix rhusiopathiae which is associated with the handling of raw fish.

B. Dental procedures- Acinoymes iraeli- gram postive filamentrous bacteria

C. Splinter- Sporothrix schneckii- also know as rose gardner’s disease, a dimorphic fungus

D. Gun shot wounds- Clostridium perfinges gram postive bacillus but associated with necrosis

E. Sheep herding- would be Bacillus Anthrax also Sporthrix schencki
