Chobham road: give me an example of how you identified poor condition of internal components?
Visual inspection, and tested workings of components.
Kitchen and bathroom aged, not modern facilities. Heavily stained. Blown tiles. Minor cracking. Signs of water ingress.

The governing document that establishes the means to execute, monitor, and control projects
What is an audit?
A systematic inspection of a process or procedure to assess compliance with requirements or regulations.

Initiating. - determine the vision for your project, objectives, deliverables, risks
Planning.- work with the team to put the full infrastructure in place and delegate certain tasks. incl project scope, resource plan, budget estimate, work breakdown structure
Executing. - put project plan into action
Monitoring/controlling. - oversee project of project, meetings, quality control
Closing - formally close out project, sign off process incl close-out meeting
What is your role in the project lifecycle?
