This patient has alveolar edema caused by heart failure. Their PCWP would be greater than 25
Why would you be able to say this infiltrate is in the left lower lobe?
It obscures the border of the diaphragm

What is wrong with this PICC line?
It is positioned too low in the RA, and can put the patient at risk for developing irregular heart beats
