A type of bar chart used in process/project planning and control to display planned work and finished work in relation to time.

Path from start to finish that requires the most time

A formal review process conducted by a champion who asks a series of focused questions aimed at ensuring that the team has performed diligently during the phase.
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) P. 169
Hierarchical decomposition of the work content for a given project.
The lowest level represents the smallest work contents that must be assigned and tracked in order to manage the project successfully (Should appear on the project schedule or Gantt Chart).

RACI: Responsibility
Individuals who actively participate in an activity.
RACI: Accountability
Individual ultimately accountable for results. There should be single points of accountability with sufficient authority to make decisions.
RACI: Consulted
Individual who must be consulted before a decision is made.
RACI: Informed
Individuals who must be informed about a decision because they are affected.
