Q
Sinking the Qi is critical
A
If sinking of the Chi to the Dantien is not achieved, the basis of Tai Chi Chuan will not be realised. This point allows you to square the body, loosen the waist and increase the flexibility of the Kua. It also allows:
1. The feet to be more relaxed, balanced, centered and rooted.
2. the body to be more relaxed with a better flow of Chi with no breakage.
3. to better assess and capitalise on an opportunity.
